[RECOMMENDED] - The Halamays
Got another one for you all.
Before the Halamays they were Katie + Pat. Husband/wife singers that I had shared the stage with a couple of times. Really friendly, sweet people. People I wish I lived near and could become real friends with, not just facebook official. But they were one of the first groups that I gigged with here when I moved to Chicago. I forgot how we met/got on the show together....

I just listened to some tunes by my former chums of Russenorsk. We both released our first album together. Same engineer, same release show. It was a good time. We played a lot of shows together. My musical brothers. Which is interesting since they weren’t really folk music.

Album #3 Tracklist / Mini Update
Alright, so I was tinkering around with a tracklist for the yet to be named album number 3. Now I know I only have completed one song on my end (nate is adding some other instruments) but I’m definitely getting comfortable with the songs. I just need some relative quiet in the house. People moving around / dogs make it kind of tough.

[RECOMMENDED] - Bryan John Appleby
Ok, so I recently started listening to this guy last week and this has by far blown me away. It’s simple folky tunes with some strings underneath it all and it sounds fantastic. And it is rapidly already climbing up my charts to be near the top of the year. I don’t really know too much about this guy but stumbled across him on a blog.
